Mission statement

IODS was created to provide owners of disabled slinkies a place where they can get counseling and community support in their time of great need. For far too long, physically challenged slinkies and their owners have had to live secluded from society with no place to turn for help. It is the hope of the IODS staff that we can provide a warm, caring, and loving community that will offer support and advice ranging from repair options all the way to dealing with the psychological ramifications of slinky disability. With your help and support we will be able to become the voice of handicap slinkies everywhere, and together we will fight make sure that any slinky no matter their disability can enjoy all the things that life and physics has to offer.
